I have never purchased anything from Journey before this day a few months back and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was buying shoes for my girlfriend and she was happy to finally find the UGG slipper that all the other stores were sold out of. The staff was super helpful and funny with helping out my girlfriend as well as cracking a few jokes at me that make the whole experience even better! I definitely will be returning here in the future when shopping in the Atlantic Station area for shoes.

Warning PSA .. Make sure you check your receipt Store associate JT charged my card twice and lied about it. I was receiving 10% militart discount when he rung me up the discount was not applied I stated oh this is the wrong price he stated oh let me cancel that order and balled up the receipt and throw it in the garbage. He than re-rung my merchandise with the applied discount. The next day I checked my account and I was double charged. Manager was mo assistance when I called into the store. So I called the cooperate office and the BBB.
