Very accommodating. Although we didn’t find the pair of shoes we needed, one of the employees there who’s name I didn’t get was extremely nice and helpful!

This athletes foot has really disrespectful employees that do not know how to speak to customers or properly do a return . Today is Dec. 26 ,2018 at 5:00 My little cousin went into the store to make a simple return of a jacket she got for Christmas. The so called “manager” basically Harassed her and accused her of wearing that jackets that didn’t look like it was worn , it didn’t have any stains on it , it did not smell, it has ALL of its tags, plus the receipt????? So why continue to question a child that is telling she did not wear it like she is lying? After she told me the situation I went into the store to ask him why was he questioning her for so long about a jacket that was clearly not worn. He lies and say that he never questioned her about the item he just simply returned it? But she was in the store for about 10min so that didn’t make any sense then he says you should have came in with her?? So if your getting smart with me I know you were getting smart with her. Because she is a teenager? Every CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE TREATED THE SAME! One if an item that is being returned that is not Defected and have the tags and a receipt there shouldn’t be an issue....
