This place was specifically recommended by my orthopedist, and I'm so glad I followed his advice to get a fitting done here! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - I was helped by Nathan, who gave such clear and thorough explanations throughout the process! I waited a few months to post this review to really see how the shoes held up; they've continued to be a perfect fit, and I never would have found them on my own! Will definitely come back here for my future needs!
Chris is the best! He helped me and my husband each get shoes. He's very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Neither my husband or I knew what we wanted when we came in, but we left happy with new shoes. We never felt rushed in any way or pushed to make decisions. Thank you so much to Chris and the team!
Big Peach service is always a home run no matter what store I visit. I popped in today during my lunch break and was in a huge hurry, the younger gentlemen on the floor and woman (who seemed like the manager,) in a visor were so helpful! This place is a game changer. Never knew I needed to adjust my running shoes and how much of a difference it’d make. Make sure to go to the Midtown location. Those folks know what they’re doing. Ask for Zach! It’s worth the investment and time.
Mr Tunde and Zach did an incredible job helping me find exactly what I needed. You guys need to give them a raise. Excellent service and expert help are rare, and they have it.
