Worst customer service ever!!! The man couldn’t have been any less rude!! I hate I drove this far, his level of customer service was borderline disrespectful!
I'm so sad to see kids foot locker representatives treat customers so rudely. I watched it and didn't say anything because of how someone looked they were not welcoming or pleasant. They didn't want to help a paying customer. Treat others the way you would want to be treated is the moral to the story.
just nownKidsFootlocker.. Very rude. No customer service skills at all. I ordered a shoe. Came to pick it up. Asked for the shoe. They asked my name.. Brought me the shoe. Opened the shipping box and as i checked it.. They put a bag and my receipt on the counter and both girls continues to talk and stand there on their phones. Im still here texting this and i hear cursing and personal conversations that are not appropriate. 11:00 a.m. 9/19/19 Run the camera.. Young and definitely not professional.. Sad.. I just made a purchase a and didnt get a hello thank you nothing.
