Went into the store today (2/27) to exchange a pair of shoes I our purchased during the holiday, and man! When I tell y’all the service was exceptional.... it was EXCEPTIONAL ‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0fnDespite what was going on outside the mall, this store made my shopping experience amazing!

This spot I check out at least once or twice a month to see what's going on with new styles and throwbacks. They never cease to surprise me with one or the other sometimes both. The prices are up and down but a cool place to get something different. I found some throw backs.ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

So this location can't process returns? Or, at least that is what the young woman with the red braids has told me time and time again, when I have attempted to return unworn merchandise with the original receipt. She continues to blame the register for the issue... at the same time she never seems to say there's a problem with the return process until she looks at the receipt?!?! Is the corporate office really neglecting this location to the point where they are unable to process returns for their valued customers? Or, is the young woman not trained on the appropriate process to handle a return? Either way, don't waste your time coming to THIS location for any level of customer service or customer satisfaction. There are far too many OTHER shoe stores to waste time here!
