Hospital is the best of the best. Even the food is nuts. Oh -- and the nurses/EMTs? All extremely good looking here.

Needed assistance so we brought someone here. They denied us having assistance and when mention they needed help they said we couldn't help so we asked if they could supply some help getting to appointment and they refused family member fell and was injured on the way to the appointment we tried to talk to someone and they refused and said it wasn't their fault and that we had to leave cause we weren't allowed to have multiple people there. Their negligence created an injury in a hospital if we weren't forced by insurance I would have gone somewhere else cause I seriously don't trust them now.

My Dad was sent to Emory hospital when he was sick and the tech. Jammed the feeding tube so many times into his esophagus he still cannot eat from the damages that Emory tech's. Did to him . I am outraged and never thought that Emory workers will try to kill you if given the chance.nNow, the man cannot eat from esophageal damages and Emory will not repair their damages. Don't go to this hospital, they are crude and unprofessional and all the employees are to lazy and sent my dad home with no medicine , a damaged esophagus, and he was a heart patient and they let him go without the blood thinner the cardiologist ordered. If you go to this hospital they will try to kill you if they get the chance.

This hospital fooled us into paying the full amount up front when we have medical insurance. It took hours on the phone with Emory, but also with our insurance provider to get any of our money back. Over a year later we STILL don't have the full amount. Avoid Laurie Lipps at all costs. Don't expect her to return your calls, or be truthful! We were promised help from the hospital to get our money back through insurance when they fed us some BS lie about the code changing for the procedure because it was a new procedure. It is such a shame because my experience with Dr. Prologo & his team was first class although the procedure hasn't helped my complex condition. I guess I DON'T have Pudendal Neuralgia after all! NEVER will I come back to this hospital. Shame on you!
