We opened an online business account with SunTrust (now Truist!) when we opened a second business, and the process has been difficult, demeaning, bizarre and Byzantine. 8 months later, we still cannot access basic banking features (debit card, direct deposit), and we are conducting all of our transactions through the Chase account for our original business. Along the way, the bank representatives have treated us with contempt. Would not recommend to anyone.
Do we have to pay to get in the building or do we have to make an appointment???
The area around this facility is quite expansive and has a number of steps, ledges, benches, and various sculptures and art etc. that seem to invite pedestrians to take a short break to investigate while touring about the city. There are no signs, gates, chains or anything barring entry. However, not five minutes after walking around the building I’m approached by two professional looking gentlemen (one in a police/security uniform) who state to me that this is “private property” and I have to leave... If this is the case, it may be prudent on the part of SunTrust to erect signage informing passerby’s of this to avoid confusion.
Business center in downtown Atlanta, GA. Nice environment. But the roads are narrow.
Nice building but very strict you cannot sit or stand anywhere on the property unless you have business inside
