Poor service. George was less than respectful.nI was not pleased with my visit to this branch today. I walked to this branch since it is my neighborhood to cash a check. I was not able to cash the check due to normal bank processes since the check was newly cut and needed to be verified. I am ok with that as I am familiar with the processes. I however, am not ok with George demanding that I take a seat outside of his office and not explaining what he needed and why I was waiting. Then when I approached him to ask, I was met with his sharp tone and was told to again have a seat outside of his office as if he is not working on MY TRANSACTION. I do not feel I was treated with respect and I suggest you choose a different branch if you would like to be treated fairly. (I planned to open an account with the bank today as well, Shame.)

New to Atlanta and the bank is same as downtown. Definitely wasn't helpful to me today. Dont greet you when walkin in' I'll pass not coming back to this bank.

3 months, 2 visits, and 5 phones calls later and I STILL don't have a simple debit card...nDetails. I opened a business account here, and requested they send me a Debit card. It never arrived and my temporary card got turned off. So I had to call and sit on hold with the card people to get it reactivated and request they send me a permanent card. This happened 3 MORE TIMES! They said they were gonna overnight a card to the branch and they would call me. 2 weeks later I called them. No card at the branch. Staff said they would have the branch manager call me back. They never did. At the time of this review I still don't have one. The staff is polite and try to be helpful. They just have zero ability to execute on anything. Needless to say I won't be going my business at this organization.
