Evidence suggests that this bank encourages identity theft. Perhaps not at the highest levels, but my daughter’s financial reputation was ruined by an identity theft that even the smallest amount of verification by the bank could have prevented. Due to prior integrity lapses in the news by this bank, I am inclined to believe it was intentional. The bank refuses to help identity theft victims even when the theft is clearly their fault. Not good. Bad. Do not bank here!

I just experienced one of the best bank experices that I have ever had in my life. I don’t know if it’s just this location is in one of the luxuries parts of town are just a friendly people that may have been at work today. This is one of the reasons why I decided to bank with Wells Fargo. They treat every client with respect and take care of them digitally

I found this branch to be efficient and friendly. I quickly met someone at the desk and was then quickly directed to the notary lady. I didn't catch her name, but she was really friendly and quick. Overall, very enjoyable experience. I'm from NYC, I want to be in and out, which I usually never find in ATL, so thanks for that!
