The shopping experience was great. However, I was not pleased with what I saw once I got outside. A customer who was physically disabled had QUITE a distance to walk before he reached the front entrance. He was tired and had to grab the pole. That's when I noticed that there were about 4 REGULAR parking spaces on each side that were closer to the building than the HANDICAP spots. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS! Thanks in advance ☺

I visited this store. The store was well stocked and customer service was friendly and very helpful. I had to purchase male wraps and was quite expensive. I would recommend .

I absolutely love the store, and SOME of the employees. I used to work here, and the store manger Krys started out nice until I noticed a change in her personality towards me. Whether it was snatching my water bottle out of my hand (which actually happened) or simply being so rude and hateful. Eventually I had had enough, so I left. A while later after not working there, I went in and she was so spiteful.. She didn’t talk to me or anything. She acted like I was completely invisible until I told her I needed crickets for my leopard gecko. Well while she was gathering my crickets, she asked about my new job and if I started and I told her i did, and then she literally said... “oh really cause I didn’t see a new job on your background check.” First of all, she shouldn’t have even ran my background after I had been gone for almost 3 weeks, and secondly I don’t even appreciate her doing that considering I didn’t work there anymore! But jumping to now... Someone needs to look into the turn over rate there and so much more, because I can tell you now.... it’s because of the store manger.

The salesman helped explain all of my concerns and was sensitive to the degree of urgency I was experiencing at that moment with my boyfriend's dog running away. The only issue was the selection of tie out chains. Being a manager as well i understand how some ordering processes work at different stores and was grateful that i could get what I did.
