For starters the stars are ONLY for Dr. Roberts for her professionalism, patience, politeness, knowledge of her profession and thoroughness. The front office staff and most of the nurses at this place are VERY rude and unprofessional. Good luck on calling the office b/c you will have to call multiple times to get someone to answer leaving you to think that they must be very busy. Once you walk inside of the office you’ll notice that there’s a lot of them sitting around even on top of desk looking at you as if you have a third head attach to your neck! No one greets you, the decor is outdated and depressing and I’ve even heard a nurse complaining loudly in the hallway about patients coming and having to triage them like it’s not her job! The straw that broke the camel’s back for me happened literally 20 mins ago! I called four times trying to come in for my daughter to see someone using their weekend services and silly of me to think that I could call and actually speak to someone after many past experiences because it didn’t happen that way, so I got in my car, daughter in tow and drove to the office only to see the staff leaving the parking lot at 10:36 when the office opened at 10 and yes this includes the doctor w the nice luxury car!!!! You guys didn’t give anyone time to come in to be seen I can see at least staying until noon but this wasn’t the case! I try to be the parent who consults the pediatrician first but depending on them leads you to have to find other alternatives almost to say, what’s the point of having a pediatrician! I really wish that Dr. Roberts could practice somewhere else b/c I hate the thought of leaving her but this place needs help!!

Dr. Roberts is my daughter’s physician she has always been kind and very detailed however, the front desk staff is unorganized and they never answer the phone on the first call, second call you wii be luck if it’s answered on the third call. I am in the process of establishing my daughter with another provider.

My son had Dr. Roberts which she was really awesome. Once my son got sick I had to speak with the on call Dr. which was Hester. Being a first time mom and baby’s temp 102 (at 5 months) he was really sarcastic when I asked if we needed to go to the hospital.. I eventually took him and his temp was 103.. the nurse at the hospital was upset that he would tell me to wait it out.... the second thing the staff is horrible, very rude, and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

The people that answer the phone don’t know what they are talking about they are very disorganized we are very unhappy with the staff that works upfront we have used them for a very long time but now they are very Ugly and rude 10/10 would not recommend.. thanks KCB

Dr Roberts has amazing bedside manor and is full of compassion. WE LOVE HER! Being a first time mom I was very nervous about choosing the right doctor for me and my infant son. Dr Roberts always explains things to me in a way I can understand them and is very patient with my numerous questions.
