THE SHOES WERE GREAT BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SO MUCH...SMH WE DID NOT GET GREETED AT ALL. WE HAD TO APPROACH THE LADY AT THE REGISTER AND ASK OUR QUESTION ABOUT THE SHOES MY SON WAS INTERESTED IN. THE STORE ONLY HAD 3 GUYS AND ( MYSELF & SON) SO THEY WEREN'T BUSY AT ALL. THE FOOTLOCKER EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL WITH THE 3 GUYS BUT COMPLETELY IGNORED US. I brushed it off because I knew my son wanted the shoes. I had to initiate the conversation to ask them for a certain shoe size since my son needed to try it on, after trying it on, we realized he needed a size up. We literally had to hunt for help since the three dudes just seemed to vanish from the sales floor. When I found a worker and was waiting for the shoe to be brought back I saw the other employees constantly checking up on another pair of customers, except us. I ignored the lack of care on the associates part, but as a customer is wrong to not greeted or helped when I bring my money to spend in your company. Now the three employees were staying busy, but with everything but helping us. So to make a long story short, generally, the kind of service I received at your locations means I won't be coming back to shop in your stores. I'll take my money elsewhere. If it weren't for the shoes that you carried I literally would not have spent a dime. I thought in retail its all about driving sales, but I guess that gets sidelined if ignoring your customers is easier.

Crowded. Didnt have the shoe I went in for in my size so I ended up with these bad boys!

The sales attendants are always friendly and welcoming every time I visit. It's a place for awesome deals online and they offer free store pickup. I will continue to be a customer here, and refer more clients to this place. I strongly recommend!!

Didn't have the shoes I wanted hardly ever do but it was okay

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone here? Why does it ring and ring and then go dead like someone is hanging it up?
