I’m highly disappointed with DSW customer service and FedEx; I don’t ever plan on having shoes shipped again!!! I honestly NEVER want to shop here again!nI wasted my reward and never got my shoes; all I got was the run around and empty promises that they would be delivered!! I’m so upset and let down especially after spending so much money with this company over the years!
Always buy my shoes here. Recommend the rewards app highly. Sometimes the selection of sizes can be difficult but they will always order them for you online at the register!
Had no problems there...lots of shoes...not many in the size I needed.
It’s a regular DSW—spacious, lots of shoes, staff seem fine. One of them politely asked another customer to be mindful of social distancing and I appreciated that
