Horrible customer service, we called in to make sure they could do a cash advance. We were informed that they would be able to do it even though we were not members there. When we got there , and hour later... They denied us and tried to tell us to go to the atm to do the cash advance!!! I politely tried to inform the teller that that would not be the same thing as a cash advance.. thats a withdrawal.. Apparently they are uneducated as well! Horrible experience , choose a better BIGGER BANK!
If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. After over two months of trying to close on a house and going back and forth with the underwriters at this bank we where told we had an hour to fix a clerical error or the house wouldn't close. No warning to fix this issue before hand and only one hour to do it. Now me and my family are homeless but we found another bank to do our VA loan. We where warned about this bank but really wanted to try to use a local one. Total trash!!
The only issue I have is I've had my account for multiple days and still have not gotten my bank card. Card machine has been down since Friday.
