Excellent pediatrician!! His office and staff are the best!! Two daughters have been going to him for over 11 years.

I used to love them unfortunately the quality of their overall service has went down. Ready to call it quits and find a new pediatrician. I’ve been with them for about 12 years.

My daughter is now 10 and has been going since birth. I honestly can't imagine her seeing any other doctor.

My husband and I brought our toddler here since recently relocated from NYC. So we are new patients. We needed vaccinations and a well child visit. My husband went in and I stayed in the car since I am pregnant and a COVID-19 risk. We have a complete record of her visits and records since birth. Service was abysmal. Three different nurses asked my husband the exact same questions three different times. None of the nurses gave my husband their names. The nurses did not wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the exam room. They miscopied the records. The doctor kept him waiting 90 MINUTES. There was no apology for the wait from either the nurses or Dr. Mandock. Unacceptable. Completely unacceptable. No, I do NOT recommend this practice. They are NOT ORGANIZED and they don't know how to communicate with patients.
