Buster Brown Shoes

The young manager that worked there yesterday was very kind. She was very informative on the shoes and gave good service!!! I was really impressed by her customer service!!

The store didn’t open on time it was pass 1:30 that’s bad business

If i could i wouldn't give them no stars no good customer services they will sell u the display shoe without telling you like lady you trying to sell me the display shoe and covid 19 out. I hate that store.

Went in to make a return.. had the receipt and it was in their 14 day rule. I paid with a card, however, it was expired. Staff calls The owner/manager to see how she should handle the Situation. From the gate she was very rude. “We’ll get another card” I explained to her that either way it goes, it will have a different card numberud83dude44I have another bank card with me since you are saying I can’t have cash... plus I told her I was canceling my account with that particular bank. “Well come in here and show me your bank cancellation or keep the shoe, I don’t know what to tell you”! She says...at that very moment she lost her mind and so did I!! ud83eudd2c(this was all over the phone.) otherwise that shoe would’ve been across her head.. J/K lol but, I can’t believe that woman!

Came in here for a third time to get my baby some shoes and the lady with bangs was telling her co worker “she does to much , everytime she come here she does to much” all I was doing was taking pictures of my baby in the shoes, she’s a baby I was excited. I didn’t know you had to rush out the store once you make a purchase. It made me so uncomfortable I will never come back. As a fellow business owner I would want the owners to know the type of service people are giving. Then she was eating who does that in front costumers, unprofessional. The quality of the shoes are good & buster brown is a good company but I won’t return to this location
