The sales lady Lauren took the time to help me gain knowledge and insight about the health of my feet. The shoes I picked out are new balance, that provides the support and stability I need in order to perform better on the job and walk longer distances and strides without my nerves being pressured from walking on concrete. My feet felt like clouds when my feet were in the new balances. She has brought multiple pairs of shoes to explore how my feet feel. I would definitely recommend and will give 10 stars. Above and beyond who ever her supervisor is keep her or promote. Superb job!!!!
The variety of shoes catered to running, walking, and/or trail activities is great. I really appreciate that everyone working in the store has helpful suggestions on the type of shoes you need and what to do to stay healthy. Also, that the store builds community with the activities sponsored and offered so it is not just a retail store.
My mom and I went to this location to buy running shoes for our sore feet. We couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone is so helpful in the store. This is my new favorite place to buy running shoes.
I have been a customer at this store in Decatur for years. They have very good assortment of sport shoes, pleasant associates, clean, friendly, helpful. Price range is similar to other stores that sell sport shoes. I buy shoes with strong arch support because of my work needs and recommended by Crochet Physical Therapy in Decatur, wear an orthopedic insoles, made just for my feet. Never disappointed, no more back, knee, ankle pain.nHighly recommended.nGood adequate shoes are worth each and any penny you spend on them, regardless why you need them, work, running, walking....
I have some issues with my feet that make it very difficult for me to find comfortable and supportive shoes. I met with John at Fleet Feet in Decatur and he was extraordinary with his knowledge of shoe brands, the type of issues I had with my feet, and what would work the best. After trying on several pairs I was absolutely amazed that he found something that worked great. I bought two different pairs of shoes and I’m super happy. He is definitely the doctor of shoe fitting. Plus, he’s a super nice guy and a pleasure to work with.
