I celebrated my birthday last week and rented out one of the karaoke rooms. The service was 10/10 and I loved that our room had nice, modern decor. My friends and I had so much fun here and will definitely be back.

I celebrated my birthday with friends and family. We started with 2 hours in a large Karaoke room and closed the night out with 2 VIP Sections. The service & food was excellent! Everyone was very attentive!nIm booking again soon for my sister Bachelorette party

Bad customer service. I called to book at room for Saturday the Sunday before for my birthday. They called me the day before my birthday to tell me it was double booked and that they will call me back. Never received a call back so I called the day of the reservation to see if anything has changed. They told me the owners friend booked the room instead now I had to scramble to make new birthday plans that day! So inconvenient, rude and disrespectful!
