Ian and Angela were very informative and nice to me as they took the initiative to get answers as to why I was not able to handle some business transactions due to a former merger. The bank system as a whole [not exclusive to this branch] has to tighten up and get things right - my paperwork as a check signer is apparently lost and my business partner's information hasn't been updated even though we already had them do this before. If you're looking for a mortgage, this is not the bank to go to. What bank in 2020 does not allow you to make a mortgage payment online, and only accepts payments at their locations or through snail mail? You can't even call to make a payment over the phone. Seems like something small, but when you live in a time when hardly anyone writes checks, it's a big inconvenience. They're definitely in the dark ages as far as technology.
