I am honestly shocked by the negative reviews for this branch. This was my first time inside this facility and the service I received was above expectations by far. I was greeted at the door and checked in for my appointment immediately. Despite being very busy, the branch as a whole appeared to be following appropriate infection spread reducing measures and navigating clients efficiently. I was early and waited less than 5 minutes. Anson was very knowledgeable and thorough; he was also nice and helpful - honestly my experience refinancing through BOA virtually was disappointing to say the least, but today has made up for much of that!
I experienced a great level of guest service at this location. I had to close on my home and needed a transfer done. Chinyere Nsiegbe and Brittany were able to assist me on a very short notice. They had a very tight schedule and they squeezed me in. I am forever grateful to these ladies.
My card got stuck in the atm! But the building is empty. Why not shut the whole thing off? When can I get my card and how?
We scheduled an in person meeting with Aisha Lee. Meeting was confirmed (TWICE). We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. Made the phone call to indicate we were there for our meeting. No one answered. No one was in the building. I sent several emails to no avail. Continued to call for 15 minutes and then left. I still have not received any type of response, apology, acknowledgement whatsoever. Will never do business with this bank again, ever.
After I drove 15 minutes they closed on Saturday they should update on google not working on Saturday this is unprofessional
