I have been w Fidelity( ameris) since 1999..and they never were good to customers...i had 3 accounts and safe deposit box..i just close all my accounts and safe dep. Box ...they have few branches around here( atlanta decatur) and they are all same ...not friendly...

I've been banking with Fidelity for a long time, I wasn't treated always the best from most of the tellers they were there lately especially not from Jennifer and Clairmont knows that, but today I was treated with so much respect and care. Seka (I hope I got the name right) did an outstanding job helping me with my transactions and some other issues I had with my account. She handled it very professionally, respectfully and showed me a solid banking knowledge I felt I was really appreciated for the long time banking there. Awesom job. I would love you to read this feedback.

I was very disappointed with a teller service last Friday. It was an older lady dark hair, was very unprofessional ,she messed up my transactions few times. Not just that she never explained or apologized. So rude and disrespectful
