The entire staff at the N. Decatur Petco are wonderful. Upon entering the store, my dog, Elsa, and I are always warmly greeted by a staff member. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with finding any items I need. Store pick up is always a breeze.nOver the last two months, my dog and I have attended weekly adult obedience classes with the store trainer, Adam, who is AMAZING! Adam is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Adam provides excellent training services to my pup and me! During all training sessions (individual and group), Adam provides individualized training to help all participants meet their training goals. Currently, I am working towards making Elsa a certified therapy dog (I am a mental health therapist) and Adam goes above and beyond to help my dog and I achieve this goal. Adam and the entire petco staff provide superior service to make all training and shopping experiences wonderful. I highly recommend Adam for all of your training needs. If you are looking for a great store to shop for your pet then Petco on N. Decatur road is the place to go!

Before having a puppy, I would blissfully walk by the Petco not knowing what a lovely place it was inside. Adam is amazing and the entire staff are so nice and welcoming. Adam is a dog whisperer and training our puppy has been so much fun with them.
The entire staff at this location; especially the manager went above and beyond to help me with learning how to care for my first pet which happens to be a foster dog. They helped guide me on how to use the self-care wash area as it was my first time giving my pet a bath. The staff in this store is fantastic! I strongly recommend this location.
The staff here helped me find the appropriate food for my newly adopted chihuahua . I recommend this location because there staff puts our Paw babies 1st ! They truly took the time to address all my questions and they recommended some great food products for my little chihuahua.
