I used to see Dr Sullivan here for years and he and the stafff both were so amazing. After today I’ll be finding a new access clinic. I felt like the nurse just man handled me. She squeezed my arm so hard at one point I actually told her she was hurting me. It seemed like no one was listening to me. They did not seem to care that I was in pain the entire time. They didn’t wait long enough for my arm to stop bleeding after my suture was pulled and my arm had seeped blood out from under my bandage before I even made it home. I won’t be returning. Ever.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility and it's staff. Now keep in mind, I am writing this after having to wait 4 hours beyond my appointment time due to emergency procedures that were necessary for dialysis patients. Yes, I sat there in a hospital gown for 4 hours and I still consider them a 5 star facility and team. Everyone is so consistently nice, and caring and professional and they couldn't have apologized more for the horrific day they were having involving these medical emergencies. This was unexpected and this staff continued to work into the evening to complete my procedure and a few more scheduled after me. My procedure, even though simple, turned out to be a lengthy process due to the size and placement of my veins. Nothing about it was pleasant or easy yet the staff and Dr. Sullivan remained calm, professional and took all the time that was needed to complete my procedure. And to top it all off, without insurance, I was charged a price that I could afford and I could not be more grateful. I have called them since with numerous questions and concerns and they are ALWAYS more than happy to speak with me and respond to each and every question with professionalism and care. And they are quick to remind me to call again if I am unsure about anything. Never have I been rushed or made to feel as though anything I ask isn't important. Every single person working there has been absolutely wonderful and when you're in a situation where you're afraid and unsure there is nothing better than having a medical staff who truly cares and demonstrates that with every word and action. From my heart, I cannot say thank you enough.

Just had to post one more final review for the excellent care I was given during the past 4 months along with the effortless removal of my picc line. I am at a loss for words to describe the level of care I received from EVERYONE at this facility. This was my first time having a picc line and each time there was an issue (which happened) or question or concern (yes, some of those too) and I contacted them, I always felt welcome to ask, always knew they had my back, and without question, they got me through this. I couldn't be more grateful. The line was solid for the more than 50 infusions I received over a 4 month period. It was perfectly installed and did everything it was suppose to do. My personal thanks to Dr. Sullivan, who is wonderful, and his entire staff who gave me the courage I needed to get through this. They exemplify what excellent medical care is and should be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My doctor referred me here for fallopian tube recanalization, long story short, I was called days later saying that i couldn't have the procedure done there because the doctor hasn't done it in years and he basically doesn't remember it well.. I couldn't believe what i heard. So unprofessional if you ask me!!
