Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Staff was rudei have Bofa for 18 years wouldn't let me cash a check an Artist was signing over to me. The check was a Bofa Check! Wow.... Our own people rude to our people.... Do better, try to be understanding and nice, will never go back to this location ruddddde

Have to have appointment to get money

I have an employee who is unable to cash a valid check there with no explanation as to why. I called up there to figure out and was put on hold for 20min until I was hung up on.

Came in to apply for new loan, no one was at customer service so stand in the line after 30 minutes of wait was told to go wait at the customer service desk. Was to to wait for another 30 minutes or more. Time to find a new bank
