The worst bank ever to deal with n to trust with your money dont apply u will regret it
I sat in drive through for 15 min and no one even acknowledged I was there. The ppl weren’t rude just a lack of customer service to not acknowledge me then I walk in for service I can’t get in drive through and literally one person in the line but a staff of atleast 4 ppl!
Service inside is great once you get to the counter. It just takes too long to get to the counter. I went to the atm and couldn't pay a bill so I went back around to go to the drive up teller. I hit the call button and no one answered no even to say I'll be with you in a few or hold on please. They need to do better. I shouldn't have to go to another bank tonget better service.
Every time I've been here, I've had nothing but excellent service! Usually visit at least once per month. Over the last three months, it's been twice a month. A couple of times to have documents notarized. Great staff, great attitudes!
