No matter how many times or what day you call this branch they don’t bother about your phone call at all, they don’t answer the phone. They just put the phone number for a show off

(Updated)nSuntrust double presented an official check I made at this branch. It overdrafted my account and disabled my credits cards as well. I was without any money or credit for 3 days because of their error and I wasn't even offered temporary credit for my troubles. I was trapped at work because I couldn't pay for gas and didn't have money to buy food because of a clerical mistake that I had to fix missing work and going to the offending bank in question. Worst banking experience of my life, if you have the option of banking here or throwing you cash into a dumpster fire, go with dumpster fire. At least you know what it will do. The staff were friendly though, so that's nice.nnUpdatenI contacted them on twitter and suntrust was able to help me out in less then an hour. Moral of the story, if you got an issue, ignore the branch and take it up with them on twitter.
