Not to happy with the unfriendly people that work at this location ud83dude12 they really need to work on there people skills. I'm so sorry that we are in the pandemic Era But God is testing. Get it together ❤ so the LOVE. BE GREAT FULL FOR LIFE. I Will try shopping there one more time but I have two other location that I can give my business to that I find have more friendly people that enjoy talking and HELPING THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE Clientele

I travel a good ways just to do my grocery shopping here! They are always well stocked! The meats and produce are always fresh.

I have given hundreds of dollars to IGA but as of a month ago, that has discontinued. I went to this location to receive a money transfer about a month ago. After the way I was treated, I won't ever return. There was an older manager or cashier ( tall, slim with long hair) behind the counter who was extremely rude, condescending and downright disrespectful. After going back and forth concerning the transaction, I was told to go to CVS OR KROGER, and basically made to look as if I was trying to do something unscrupulous. I am a former banker and very aware of how the money transfernsystem works which I didn't bother to reveal as it was very evident that they simply were not interested in providing me any assistance or the customer service that every customer that walks through that door deserves. I did end up going to your competitor Kroger who was kind enough to reveal what the reason was for me not being able to collect my money transfer, thus resulting in me having the matter rectified within one or two days. THANK YOU IGA FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. It seems that your employees take great pride in offering discriminatory service to your patrons. I do hope that your management takes the time to properly train your employees on providing better customer service.

The meat prices were great .... The older lady with red and grey hair was very ride.. almost left my basket there.. Don't know if she had a bad day.. But her customer service manners need to improve or they n ed to take her off the register period I was there at 11am. With my mother and my mom even commented on it.
