Wild Wing Cafe

This is my 2nd time and probably my last time. My first time was night day. I initially rated this place as 4. My last visit ,we went for family birthday party. The hostess was not helpful and walked away while we were trying to find out where we would sit. Waited over an hour for our food. Some cane out over cooked or under cooked. We spoke to the manager that refused to do anything. I love Wild Wings on Washington Road. I will not be returning to this location. Hostess and manager needs retraining. Waitress was amazing despite all the issues. Maybe she should give the manager a few lessons on customer service.

We were seated immediately and had a server come to our table once we sat down. Our server was very sweet and quick to answering questions. Our food and drinks came out quick and tasted amazing! I am very pleased with my first time at Wild Wings Grovetown.

Escorted to bar cause I was alone. But moved to table at my request. Wanted to eat not mingle and drink. Food was not good. Box mac and cheese. Burger was well done when asked for medium.

Waitress was okay. She was extremely nice and attentive. I’m no Professional chef, and I know this is a place mostly for the atmosphere. I do know what good food taste like. And this food was absolutely positively HORRENDOUS. If I wanted food this bad I surely would have gone to the local water treatment plant. I expect better, especially when I’m paying $12 for a burger that is still chewing cud. I expected better but I will not be returning.nEdit: also didn’t get my fries after asking 3 times. And my girlfriend had no silverware for ten minutes after the food arrived.

It's been a pleasant experience each visit and the food has always been good... Only issue we had was our soup was only room temperature warm ud83dude14
