The hispanic lady was very rude when I was told I can't exchange for more shoes after I was trying to explain that I was never given a receipt in my hand so it would be hard for me to have one if it wasn't placed in my hand! I will never return here and I will stop payment the funds I spent considering I should have a right to exchange reciept or not especially after less than 24 hours if purchasing the items.
I was excited to see that the site was open because a lot of locations closed down just to find out that they look like they are closing down too based off the selection of shoes available
The new people are rude!!! They don’t check the sizes and the sizes are marked wrong on the box!!! They fired the red hair girl and she was nice and helpful! I asked a lady for help and she told me she didn’t speak English in English!!
Everything was nice . The prices of the shoes was normal.
They always have what I want and need!
