Wonderful time here! The hostess was very sweet and kept us updated when waiting for a table. The server Laney was attentive and friendly! The food was extremely tasty and fast. Customer service is truly the best I’ve received in a very long time.
Great experience! Food, service and price were all excellent. I was also very pleased to see that they were taking temperatures of all patrons before entering the restaurant. This was the first restaurant I personally been to that has done this. I ordered the mini whiskey sliders and fries from the appetizer menu. I also received a free order of chips and salsa for being a member of the rewards program.
Hello Gardner White, I had at your establishment on 3/3/2021 In which I was pleasantly seated at the bar and upon me being seated I was greeted by your bartender Lexi, At first I thought she was going to be very polite because that’s how she started but unfortunately when I attempted to get her attention by stating “excuse me ma’am” she deliberately ignored me and when she was informed by another customer that I had attempted to get her attention she continue to ignore me and then after a moment or two she decided to attend to me which I thought was very rude. Customer service is a very important factor to running a successful establishment especially a restaurant!!! so overall my food was hot and timely so I do appreciate that but I would appreciate a more friendly atmosphere where I’m spending my hard-earned money. Thank you
Service was okay
We had one server come out and take our drink orders, then for some reason she swapped and we got a different server. This guy was nice enough and seemed to be good but also stretched thin. My MIL had to ask for her unsweet tea twice, my food came out once everyone at the table was done eating, few of us had completely empty cups before we got refills, aunt's burger was cold before she finally received the mayo and mustard she requested. It was a Monday night not even super busy eh honestly not impressed
