We usually have a great experience at Carrabba's and today's visit was no exception. We had a very friendly and attentive waitress, Crystal. She provided great customer service. I love Carrabba's olive oil and herbs that you can dip you bread in. My mother and I both had the combination with the 3 types of chicken. I tried the new truffle fries and they were very good. I will definitely come back for another visit.
Did not fix my food right
This was an invited outing by a lifelong friend for my birthday. The restaurant is one of few that will allow you to call ahead and confirm that you can be seated without a lengthy wait. The food was delicious and cooked according to how I ordered it. Our server, Marie was polite, knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying. It was a totally great dining experience! I have not been there in awhile, but I certainly will be going back. ud83dudc4dud83dude0a
Food is good which is why I give 3 stars. My 3rd time here this year. I usually come an hour before closing so it makes sense that staff is tired. But I’ve patiently waited over half an hour to be served... each time! The guy up there works hard but here is clearly overworked at night. I leave a good tip to show Respect to the service industry but I feel I’m wasting my money here for the service I’m looking for. And it seems one of the employees takes one of the seats at the bar. I’ll give it just one more shot after this
