My experience was poor customer service up stairs. Downstairs is a bit better. The manager dont have control of his staff. One of the employees was going back and fourth with me in front of the manager. In which was very unprofessional. Please be aware if you are upstairs and you order from the bar sit there and wait until your food is there and then go back to your section. Again downstairs is more classy and upstairs is more of smoke, drink, and do for your self kind of vibes. Again dont order your food upstairs. If this place actually had a full staff of employees that cared about customer service then I think everything would have been great but it is unacceptable to go back and fourth with an customer and let alone try to buck at one. Overall, I will not go back. It was my first time and my last.
Great music food and drinks! The waitress and bartender were amazing and very friendly

All I'm going to say. Is never againn. This place is expensive for no reason. Me and my husband pd $70 just for 2 orders of 6 piece wings and 2 drinks. WTH!!!!... SMH... I give this place 0 stars and will never go back..
