Worst branch ever!!! the workers do not want to do their job. Save your time and go to the College Park or Fayetteville location.

Brought a letter that I received from Suntrust that was requesting additional documents from me. I was turned away because the representatives didn’t know what to do with the letter And my documents. When I called Suntrust customer service, they said all the rep had to do was EMAIL my document to the appropriate department. This was time wasted after waiting in line for over 45 minutes.nThis branch needs to train their representatives more thoroughly

Customer service is terrible!! That have one teller with a line of 15 people. Never again will I go to this location. I would rather drive to Peachtree City than deal with this branch again. Trust me it’s worth the drive it’s a friendly fully staffed branch.
