Edward was very professional, understanding and very kind. I came to get a temp card because my dog had a medical emergency and someone had stolen my wallet. I was crying and very distraught. He went above and beyond to to quickly take care of me so I could get my dog to the vet. Thank you so much Edward you are amazing!

This is crazy. 12 people in line and only 1 teller. I have seen 5 people walk out. Who is running this bank???
The wait is atrocious. They don’t greet you. They spend more time talking than working. There are only 2 people “working” out of all the stations. It’s dirty. It’s like a financial institution version of Walmart. Never again.
