Exceptional customer care. Friendly and concerned staff. Wonderful people all around. Courteous doctors and staff. Never been more pleased with a medical facility than I have this one.

The receptionist who made my appointment failed to write my reason to see my doctor correctly, at the day of my visit I was seen for a reason that wasn't even as important as what I wanted to be seen for so I had no choice but to go back again two weeks later. Dr. Coker who saw me on that appointment wouldn't even come to see me to give me my results face to face, he sent a nurse to tell me what to do about my problem. I am very disappointed in all this because I got a high bill from the hospital and I can't even get my results read correctly to me so now I am still concerned about my health. I wanted to see my actual Dr. Who is Dr. Yam but no one could tell me why I had to see a Dr. that was not mine.

Everything was TOP notch with my 1st visit. Not a big fan of going to the Dr. but they were so nice and in a very timely manner. Could not believe I got my blood test results on the same day.

First year being a Kaiser member but I don’t believe that we will be going back to this organization next year. I do appreciate that most Kaiser employees are kind and welcoming but having to wait for more than an hour is extremely inconvenient. It’s not like I have nothing else to do! I do expect some wait time but we sat around for more than an hour and that is unacceptable. What is the purpose of having an appointment?! I don’t know if Dr. Carol Lehan is slow or this is how they normally operate but there needs to be a survey system that asks about the wait time.
