Sidelines Grille Holly Springs

We went in on Friday night, got there around 6:00 & the place was packed.nnIt took a bit for our server to come help us, but once she did, she was awesome. Food was out super fast after we ordered it.nnThis Sidelines was way better than another one we've eaten at in town. The food was hot & really good.

This is a great place to eat. We go there every so often and have always had a great meal. We've introduced extended family to Sidelines, and they all love it as well. Try the reuben wrap bites for an appetizer and the Salmon Isabella for an entree. The New York Strip and the Reuben and the chicken tenders also rock. Good beer specials on Saturday. Love servers Jasmine and Wes. Try it!

I wish I could have given less than one star. But Google won't let me.nnThe majority of the wait staff not wear their masks. Front of the house manager shuttled drinks from the bar with out it either. Only three of the waitstaff were the masks.nnIt would be different if we had had good service. I probably wouldn't have noticed it. But I waited for tea refill for 25 minutes. Almostv as long after dinner for the check.nnIt's too bad. The food that was warm was pretty good. The frozen cheese sticks were not.nnThis was the last time we will be eating here.nnI was going to complain to a manager but.. didn't need him breathing in my face.

Food is good about 99% of the time, but the service especially for take out is absolutely horrible. If you get take out make damn sure you check your order. I have found at least 1or 2 items missing everytime but once. (That order was only one meal).

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we had a really poor experience with the redheaded tall bartender. My friends and I were outside waiting for our table, and we were drinking alcoholic beverages (I guess it’s important to highlight that we are all of legal age to drink alcohol). We did not know this wasn’t allowed, and the redheaded bartender came over to let us know. We had no issue leaving the premises to put away our alcohol, and we immediately took care of it. This bartender was extremely rude about it. Even after my friends walked away to put away the alcohol, she continued to yell at them from the sidewalk. She made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. We even saw her pointing at our group and continuing to complain about us to other employees several times, which we found to be extremely unprofessional. We wanted to leave but ultimately ended up waiting for our table anyways. Our server, Baily, was amazing. We had a party of 6 and despite how loud and chaotic it was on a Friday night, he took great care of us. All of our orders came out perfect and in a timely manner. He was very attentive and friendly, making our experience enjoyable after the initial issues we had encountered.
