I’ve been to several pet store/fish stores in the area, and I must say that this one is a hidden gem! They are stocked with nice aquarium supplies, very helpful employees who go over and beyond to give great customer service, and seem to have an abundance of not only fish, (fresh and salt), but decor rocks as well. They are also stocked full of high quality filters, and have a nice setup of tanks for sale.
Excellent selection, excellent service, honest advice, and knowledgeable staff.nThe prices may be a bit high, but every fish I've bought there has been healthy and successful.
I love this store every one is very respectful and family oriented. I had taken my daughters here the other day and got a fresh water eel and a jack demspy unfortunately the eel for some odd reason didn’t make the transport. and when I told them for just knowledge they were extremely nice and offered to replace him. Which I appreciate the to the costS but in the hobby there is risks and unfortunately things happen. This store is amazing with then he own up to any thing and or willing to fix any issue. This is the only aquarium store I shop at
Definitely a different experience from my first time. Owner was present and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Gave some very helpful advice for my mom's very hard to maintain tank.nVery good selection of fish and products.nWill most definitely go back for other fish needs.
I bought 6 Rams. Got one of my electric blues home and he wasn't healthy from the beginning and died 1 day later. The other Rams were thriving. I called and told them but they only offered to replace it if I bought more. It was a nice store with a big selection and the staff was helpful but I thought the right thing to do would be replace the $12 fish. For that reason, I will not be returning to this store. I have no hard feelings, I just won't be giving back my business.
