Worst location. Asked manager for checks. Waited a month, came back in and talked to the same manager. He said they were never ordered and he never dealt with me before. I also asked for overdraft protection on my account. Of course that was never enabled for my account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor customer service each time. Even spoke to the manager and despite her assurances she would call me back with a resolution, it never happened. Left two messages and never a response. The Palmetto location is excellent if you have that option. Avoid this location for any assistance.

This bank is terrible! My mother who has account there wrote me a check for my bday. Tried to cash it needed 2 forms of ID. Well my driver's license wasn't enough. My credit card wasn't enough. It's my mom's account! She has more than what check was for in her account. What's the point in banking here. Teller was rude as well. Needless to say she'll be changing banks!!!

The customer service of this branch is terrible. No sense of urgency. When you make an appointment it doesn’t matter. “she was waiting for a long time” is what I was told by an employee of this branch. People make appointments for a reason & when I told him that his attitude was awful. Shut down this branch or remove employees like Norman castellano. Terrible attitude.

Sat in The drive through for over 10 minutes and was the only person. Gentlemen never acknowledged me. Finally I hit the call button and he said he would be with me in a minute. Another car pulled up in the business lane and he began assisting her almost immediately regardless of the fact that she arrived 10 minutes after me. Finally at the 20 minute mark I hit the call button again and requested my cash back. Waited 20 minutes and still got nothing accomplished. Unbelievable, and people wonder why they are getting replaced with apps and machines.
