The tellers at the drive up are awesome been using this place for work deposits 8 years. Suddenly have changed staff and seems the attitude is not so happy.nStopped in the other day to discuss with the Mgr and she told a staff member she was too busy and would not see me for a quick 5 min conversation. She was meeting with another client but another staff in the bank. I was told I would get a call back that never happened....nUnfortunately the Mgr is a poor example for service for her staff.
Went through the drive thru lane this time. Making a deposit but no deposit slip. Not to worry, easy as dropping my ATM bank card and my deposit in the tube. Took me longer to put in the tube than it took her to complete the transaction. Very friendly. Awesome customer service. ud83eudd17
I was having issues with depositing a check that was in another family members name as well as myself. The way around it was to get it notarized at their bank and have it mailed back to me. I fought tooth and nail just to get it deposited into my account for 2 months and once I finally got it notarized, one of the guys at the drive thru refused to deposit it, saying that it wasn’t properly notarized even though it was. When I went to a branch in ormond beach they did it no problem. Everyone at this branch is pretty great and helpful, just this one guy who kind of sucks.
Trusted branch, convenient location (same plaza as Old Time Pottery & Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet). Have visited this branch a few times to start/renew CDs. Friendly and helpful employees.
Their banker Kristian is an absolute breath of fresh air. I just came in to replace some a card and she helped me very quickly; she was also knowledgeable and friendly. It’s feels so nice to feel appreciated and taken care of. Thank you Kristian!
