I wish I could give zero stars. Waiting 30 minutes or more for drive through service is crazy! This happens every time at the Nova Rd branch in Port Orange. I feel awful for the employees that have to hear the complaints.Wake up management! You wouldn’t need your employees to apologize for slow service if you addressed the problem. This is a CONSTANT issue - fix it!

Today(5/6/2020) I went in to open a checking account. The sign on the door said those who enter should be wearing a face covering. I was wearing one. After sitting and waiting, I was conducted to an office and the employee in there was not wearing a face mask. I questioned him on it, and he asked if I would like to see someone who was. I then was sent to Jeff Gerace, who not only was wearing a face mask, but had a clear screen divider between him and me. I then felt comfortable enough to conduct business.nMy wearing a mask protects others from me; employees not wearing one does not protect me. I feel it is a matter of respect for clients to protect us.nI am 77 years old and don’t want to take chances with my health.nAgain, I thank Jeff for respecting me, and I thank his mother, a doctor, for encouraging him to wear a mask.

45 minute drive through waits are unacceptable considering the amount I am charged for services.
