My mother and I stopped into the Port Orange branch to set up a checking account on Friday.nMarvin Dushing met us at the door with a warm smile (I could tell even behind his mask!) and a friendly demeanor. He kindly and patiently assisted my mother, spending so much more time than he even should have making sure she was comfortable, highlighting products, giving advice, and sharing of himself. His service was stellar. We felt like we were practically family by the time we left the bank.
Extremely rude, disrespectful, and borderline insulting treatment from the banker as well as the teller. We were made to feel like a burden and a criminal from the moment we arrived.
Lots bums and beggars in Port Orange. Careful going and returning to your car. Don't stop at the corner as they will come to your window. Port Orange really has a problem now.

The teller at the window today March 30th Tracy was her name. She is an awful customer representative and frankly I think it’s just a Chase Bank trait. 4 different branches I’ve been too in a row that were all unhelpful, rude, no knowledge of banking, and under poor management. To you Tracy and the other 3 window workers I suggest the window at McDonalds is better suited for you. I switched to the suntrust right next door and they were extremely helpful perfect customer service and highly recommend! Wish I could give a 0 star.
