I came in for the first time today and Nick was able to answer the handful of questions I had, provided me with exactly what I needed, and had a smile on his face the entire time.nnEveryone in the shop seemed so personable and were an absolute joy. I'll definitely be coming back :)
Staff was great Nick. Nick was the person that helped guide me into purchasing a Pokémon cards and theme decks. They always greeted me friendly. Nick also helped with building a standard deck for competition, so definitely don’t be shy and head over there.
Such a great place to come and just relax. Wanted to get into a fairly new game that I had no knowledge about the the staff here were more than helpful, kind, and fair. Though their trial decks of the game were sold out they helped me build a deck with their spare cards and it was actually a fairly good deck (better than the trial). If you’re new and want to learn and have fun come here! They have so many events for various games.
I've visited the card shop a few times over the last couple of weeks during business hours but nobody was there and the door was locked. I tried calling multiple days in a row to make sure someone was there before I drove an hour to visit the store. Not once has anyone answered the phone. I guess they don't want my money. I really enjoyed buying from this shop but they must be under new management. This is a poor display of customer service and provides a terrible customer experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
I Will never do business here again the owner or child that runs the place is rude and disrespectful I brought in some cards to be priced and try and sell the first time he was ok but I felt like he ripped me off now that I talked to someone else who knows there stuff I know know that he did take advantage of my lack of knowledge. The last two times I came in he was very condescending and just rude talking down to me because I'm the most knowledgeable when it comes to trading cards I just know the basics I collect And resell I don't play. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere treating people like he does his business will not last. I highly recommend going to cliffs downtown or Docs they know there stuff and are not out to rip you off.
