I have always been treated with great respect by every employee including the management. Fifth Third has been my main business and personal banking partner for many years.
Horrible experience. The Branch Manager Carrilo the spanish guy has very poor professionalism. Speaks to customers how he wants. They keep messing with my account and money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! And the manager should get fired. He is rude and was looking at my 14 year old daughter in a Wrong way. Would NEVER RECCOMEND THEM EVER TO NO ONE!!
I have had a wonderful 2 year banking experience at Fifth Third (Deland Branch). I keep referring my friends to this branch. They are awesome people.
I've done a bit of banking in my lifetime, and prior to my engagement with 5/3 banking professionals have done what they said they would do with my money. So opening an account with 5/3 proved to be a poor move on my part in trusting that the bank manager and personal bank representative would fulfill the promises that they made. DO NOT TRUST their word, verify each and every transaction, each and every statement, and each and every term and clause.
They keep messing with my account and letting other people on the street just put blocks onto the account. Then when you call them, they changed information that wasn’t meant to be changed and tell you that you can’t access your account cause they changed it which should never been changed and hang up on you. Worst bank ever!
