Husband is a very happy customer. Nathan was able to clean the charging port on his phone within a couple of minutes. Now it charges without any issues. Will definitely come here again with any problems.
Jeremy is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and honest. I had a charging problem with my phone that Spectrum couldn't resolve and Jeremy quickly provided a very simple solution. I will take all of my future business to Jeremy and uBreakiFix. .
Nathan and Donovan were super efficient and friendly. I came in hysterics as most of us do when our phones crash. All my phone needed was a restart apparently but I was so upset I couldn’t get that to work properly because it was stuck in Guided Access mode. Anyway they restarted it and voila, they didn’t even charge me!!! Although I was willing to pay $50 to get it fixed. Anyway I’ll be going to them for future issues. They were friendly and not offended at my anxious tone which I disappeared when they did their magic. Thanks so much Nathan!
Very friendly. Jeremy was extremely helpful, simple fix. Just a cleaning issue that prevented my charger from working properly. Appreciate the good looking out. Would highly recommend.
Brought my iphone in for repair. A piece of the charger was lodged in my phone. The gentleman working was very polite and helpful! My husband has also been in to have his phone’s charging port cleaned. I recommend them highly.
