My favorites got to pet supplier
My daughter's dog loves going shopping here. We got his nails cut and teeth brushed. We signed up for the monthly vital care program. Great benefits for the price. The cashier did not ring us up correctly at checkout and we were charged full price. Our mistake on not catching it until after we left.
We have been with Petco for 8 + years. We enjoy shopping at Petco and having our dogs cared for by Thrive, the in-store Veterinarians. We have nothing but great experiences during our visits. We take 2 dogs there for care products. Excellent service, clean store, plentiful stock and even a variety of pet food are available for our fur babies.
Horrible customer service. Everyone is rude. I recommend you just don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. Petsmart is cheaper and so are many other local home groomers who provide way better customer service.
Very awful customer service by an employee named Joseph, extremely rude, he wasn't willing to help with a simple question. People like him shouldn't work in customer service positions as clearly he felt annoyed when helping customers. This action was very upsetting and didn't motivate me to look for the items I needed. Had a much better experience and help at Petsmart on Lake Mary Blvd. and found all of the items I was looking for with the assistance of the store staff.
