I have been very happy with the service and people that work at TCC Verizon ...nnI’m afraid I must change my rating ... Unfortunately I was sold a phone that had many issues ... Instead of helping me resolve the issue as painless as possible I was handed a phone to deal with the fact that 2 weeks later my NEW iPhone 11 Pro Max was completely useless ... When replacing it and having the new phone activated I lost ALL of my old pictures from the past 3 years ... The person who sold me my phone making a good commission off the sale was done with having to deal with that thing that doesn’t seem to exist out there in a lot of places anymore ... Customer service ... He wouldn’t even talk to me or look at me when he quickly activated the replacement and told me I could go on my way and download the things that I had had on it before. I will not be returning to the store I will go down the road another mile and let them continue to help me like they did as soon as I left this store the very day the phone was activated AGAIN

The best place in Live Oak to go for all of your Verizon needs. Had great experience in this store, they treat you great and work with you for your needs and not benefit themselves.

The people were knowledgeable and friendly. Tried their best to solve the problem. And the visit 2 days ago did get it resolved.

Tyler Holton is wonderful! He has been a tremendous blessing walking through all dealings with my phone. Today, I am here buying a new phone. He's been patient, setting up all I need for new phone. I give him 5++ stars!! Excellent representative for Verizon!

Customer service was great. Taylor was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Traded in my iPhone for a Galaxy, big mistake on my part.
