I was at this bank today and my experience was awful and a racial. The teller was very rude and don’t know how to communicate with the customer. This is my second bad experience at a chase bank in one week trying to open an account. I will never use chase bank or recommend anyone to this bank in Sanford. Scheduled my appointment online which only allowed me to schedule a telephone call. When they called me to confirm my appointment they told me the services I need require that I be in person. They rescheduled my appointment for when I could come in. I confirmed what paperwork I needed before going to the branch. When I got there for my scheduled appointment I had to wait for someone to be available. When I spoke to a banker they told me I needed additional paperwork. I had to be exposed to Covid for something that could be easily done via scanning the documents and sending them via secure email. I now have to be exposed again because they didn't accurately set my expectations for the meeting.

Need to update ATM swallowed my money and did not even deposited the funds into my account! So frustrated with that old ATM with roaches crawling all over it

I was lied to by Kylie Mazone so that she could sell me a credit card that was useless for my purpose.nnI was told that I could get a Slate card and transfer my Freedom unlimited balance to that card through a balance transfer check (the check was to be included with the card). Once I notice the balance transfer check was not included, I called Customer support and I was told that the balance transfer checks will cost 2-3% on balance transfers and that they could not be used on other Chase credit cards.

This is the worst bank I have ever had every check I did they put a hold on it and everybody I work for has money so there's no reason for the holds! So then I try to just cash a check and if your non-customer you can't cash a check over $2,500 if somebody writes you a check no matter how much it is you should be able to cash it it is ridiculous they constantly put their customers through so much bull
