This place is something else. Employees are disrespectful and they don’t help at all. Every other wells fargo location has always been helpful and respectful. Not this one.
Absolutely horrible service. Been trying to schedule an appointment for days to send a wire for a home purchase. No one at the branch answered the phone for 4 consecutive days. The appointment maker on their website has been erroring out and not submitting appointment requests. The gentleman there laughed at my girlfriend who went in to try an make an appointment for me and told her that I should just “do things online because obviously we’re busy”nnClosing and moving all my accounts and filing a complaint with the District Manager.
I’ve called this terribly sorry excuse of a bank branch to schedule an appointment for a temporary card. I’ve called three times and waited for a representative for over 20 minutes each call and every time I was forwarded with no help on their end. I wouldn’t waste my time calling or showing up to this location. Terrible service multiple times. I don’t see why they don’t close this location seeing that the bankers can’t even answer phone calls or schedule appointments for the safety of their customers.
During these times I totally understand precaution and longer wait times. I stopped by on my lunch break, hoping to be in and out...and I received nothing less! Summer was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional as she helped me with my request inside her location. Thanks again for being so welcoming, sweet and fast!
It is a very good place for your $ money or put in your $ money or invest your $ money.
