I enjoyed coming to this branch. The lead teller she's so nice and very helpful towards me. She has helped me changed address, order new debit cards, checks and open my vacation and holiday in the past year. I enjoy coming to this location. I feel appreciate as a customer in this branch. Also the lead teller she always know my name every time I go into the branch because of this reason I recommend this branch!
This has been my bank for several years. They give personalized service and are careful to make sure all details are accurate before completing the transaction. This can make some feel they are slow, but I would rather take a little more time and make sure the transaction is correct and complete. They also have the best interest rates and deals on Mortgages and Certificates of Deposit.
All I can say is run !! The worst bank I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Was charged for fees that totaled over 400 dollars for there error and was only refunded a little over half. Always rude there and lack poor business ethics. Will never do business with them again.
