The new expanded data network works awesome. You get VOLTE with the new network. The new owners are awesome. Every phone is in stock now

a minute agonBoost Mobile should be telling people WHEN THEY SWITCH that their service doesnt allow for VoLTE.. which means you cant use data and be on a call at the same time unless you're on WiFi.. so for work I can't use google maps and be on a phone call. Which is absolutely BS considering it's almost 2020 and every other carrier offers this service. it was not until after I switched that I found this out. Boost mobile offered no help and refused a refund even tho it's been less than 24 yours after I switched AND one of the phones hasn't even been used yet. Then they LIED and said if I wanted VoLTE service I could take the phones to Sprint, after spending an hour in the Sprint store found out that these phones are not compatible on the Sprint network because they are locked to boost and you cant unlock a boost phone for 12 months, which is more BS, because I even offered to pay out of pocket to unlock the phones and was denied.... I would never recommend Boost Mobile to anyone there are less expensive plans on way better Networks that allow for phone to multitask, Boost Mobile is a joke

very satisfied walked in the store with lot of issues with my phone. i was helped by the best rep.. yoana fixed all my phone issues. she needs to be in management... provided excellent customer service. i recommend her 100%
